January: 1 hour sport 50% of the Days...
One of the objectives of this year was improve the number of days I dedicate 1 hour to any sport activity. Each day I go running, play tennis, climb a mountain or ride a bicicle I write it on a notebook. Results for January: 50% of days I did some sport. Not bad start!
